Come on, I’m not even an AZ fan and know they aren’t doing that. Chychrun is about their only untouchable piece, a very high end young dman on an affordable contract. They are also a team who’s ownerships pockets were extremely affected by the pandemic, and I know lots of Marner’s contract has already been paid but I just don’t see them adding a big contract from the outside. It’s very creative though, what about subbing out Chychrun for another piece?

Sorry I had accidentally had Chychrun on the right and though he was a righty, if Chychrun is out of the picture I would actually be needing a left dman. Liljegren is definitely still an option on right hes not quite out of the picture yet I'm just not sure how he will look come training camp he looked decent in the few games he played this year

Chychrun and Cale Makar are probably the two best young defensemen out there right now. Los Angeles will offer Alex Turcotte, Kale Clague and the eighth overall selection in this year's draft and the Coyotes won't take that.
