I’d start the offer with Detroit’s second round pick (~36 OVR).

I saw a couple of the B’s doing a Dunn for Debrusk. Personally I’d be interested in that kinda deal

That was something I offered up earlier in the season when both were struggling. Definitely worth entertaining, but then the Blues would be forced to protect them because I'm betting this trade takes place before the expansion.

Okay start. Think they could get slightly more like an additional 2nd.

Kyrou, Thomas, ROR, Perron, Schenn, Debrusk, and prolly Vladi

CP55, Krug and Faulk

Binner

Hopefully you can get Seattle to take Scandella by including Sanford. Then go out and try to sign Oleksiak to go with Mikkola and Krug

Depends if we're talking pre or post expansion draft. Everyone in the NHL knows the situation St. Louis is in, so the offers are significantly lower pre expansion draft.

Doubtful Dunn gets more then a 2nd and 3rd round pick, One would assume that Armstrong protects Krug, Faulk and Parayko exposing Dunn so GMs aren't going to give up much for him.

Would love for a low 1st from a team that has two or more firsts like Columbus or New Jersey, or even an early 2nd. There’s going to be some good players that fall, so having the opportunity to nab one would be ideal. A safer pick like Chibrikov/Coronato at 16th/17th overall and a riskier pick like Robertsson at the back end of the 1st would be a great 2021 draft for the blues, restocking the cupboards nicely.

Despite the situation there seems to be a lot of interest which simultaneously drives the price up, so two seconds or one late first in this type of draft isn't out of the question. I think a Toews like deal is likely but who knows.

But lots of interest drives price up as well. Not to mention, Blues could easily protect him and expose one of Krug or Faulk (Krug) since no one would take that contract.

If Islanders keep going I can see that happening.

Dunn would be the perfect middle pairing guy with Hronek, I can see Yzerman definitely looking into acquiring Dunn.

Not a horrible deal. But then they're going to have to either protect Lehkonen or expose him. I like Lehkonen though and he's a Blues type blue collar guy.

Would you consider Washington 1st for Dunn and say a 4th?

Since this is a very weak draft, And nothing is assured at pick 23 or 24. It might be something that Yzerman might consider. But it's doubtful he gives up the 2nd 1st unless it's part of a bigger deal.

it's not a weak draft at all, it is an unknown draft.

Yeah it's a unknown draft, But it's definitely a lot weaker draft compared from last year and next year. At least talent wise.

The one issue I have is that Jones is a LHD and not RHD which is what the Blues need.
