Toronto needs to do something to shake up the core. Honestly, I would move Tavares and Reilly to create some cap room and add a goalie. 3 years of 1st round exits with that talent is unacceptable.

I like almost everything except the Flyers and Avalanche Trades, Nylander is worth more than Patrick and Konecny, and Morgan Rielly for Ryan Graves is a lopsided trade, with the 1st rounder or not.

There are ways, especially if he is moved to another cup contender.

Kings don't want Engvall. Just take MacDermid off waivers after training camp.

Both Seguin and Benn have full NMC, doubt they would waive. I really like Matthews and I’d probably take this deal, but this ruins our goaltending core completely for the next at least 10 years.

You’re giving Oetter a lot of credit after only one season. If all the players agree I think you do this move and figure the rest out later

If you want to deal with an often injured and old Bishop, and an old and inconsistent Dobby be my guest. Otter had a great season as a 22 year old rookie, he has a lot of potential. Best case scenario Scheel turns out well. I’m not saying I wouldn’t do this I’m just stating that it’ll ruin our goaltending core.

Lol I love that you throw in the probably there. You definitely take this deal, no questions asked. The biggest loss is actually Benn, but he's aging. The goalie looks good, but it's one year and those guys are ultimately random.

There’s going to be multiple goalies available. Me saying I’d be willing to move Oetter in that deal isn’t me saying hey let’s go with Bish and Dobby
