I'd be a big fan of these moves, i donno if Kadri waives to go to columbus though. Also i think this is best case scenario for the contracts signed so we might need to sweeten the deals for them to retain a little more cash

Too much for Jones and perhaps not enough for Hertl (imo). I like Jones, but I would skip him at prices like this and just keep Kadri. Can't have too much depth at C.

I think youre underpaying for Hertl and overpaying for Jones, but it probably balances out in the end from COLs perspective. Also Id like to keep Barron, I think he could be really good

Also looks a little light on AAV for some UFAs so maybe it would take some more retention to make it all fit but the roster looks really solid
