Reorganize Each Position

Created by: AyAyRon
Team: 2021-22 St. Louis Blues
Initial Creation Date: Jul. 10, 2021
Published: Jul. 10, 2021
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Tarasenko/ BOS deal was suggested by Boston writer
Seattle gets Sanford in exchange for selecting Scandella in the expansion draft.
Columbus gets a young Dman to help fill the void of losing Jones.
Blues either gain a young superstar in Makar, or hamstring Colorado when they match the offer sheet. (Even though GMs are scared of offer sheets and wouldn't ever ACTUALLY use one to their advantage)
Anderson is a more reliable backup than Husso at this point, plus he's cheaper

"Would it be worth it for the Boston Bruins to deal a first round pick, Jake DeBrusk coming off a down season and perhaps even St. Louis hometown kid Trent Frederic in exchange for the once-great Tarasenko?"

Ya. Every time you see joe haggerty, completely and thoroughly disregard it. The guy is a literal laughing stock he’s been fired from so many jobs that he and fellow outcast had to start a blog because they literally couldn’t get hired anymore. Why? Because they’re always wrong, and they aren’t even taking educated guesses. This is a perfect example.

No one can actually think this is Tarasenko’s value. Debrusk and a 2nd? Sure. Even that might be a bit rich. The guys gotten off the couch like twice in the last two years.

Oh, and haggerty is morbidly obese.

You could be right. Maybe not though. No one knows for sure what Tarasenko is worth, outside of the GMs who've requested his medical records because they have interest.

The writer is Joe HACKerty tears of joy

Guy is tied with Jimmy "thin skin" for least respected hockey "writer" in Boston. His rumors are **** he makes up in his head and his source is the other clown mentioned.

A "random person" on Twitter is more reputable than Hackerty or Jimmy

They've gotta re-sign Landeskog & Grubauer this season. Assuming they sign those players, that's ~$13 mil. Add in matching Makar's offer sheet, and they're 2 mil under the salary cap w/ only 16 players signed. That's a lot of trades to make to even ice a complete roster. Their depth would be severely depleted.

Plus, in 2 years, they're then staring at Mackinnon and Makar needing new contracts at the same time.
