    STL won't get that.

EDM needs to move Neal or get retention on Keith, needs secondary scoring, and KH isn't afraid to move a 1st.

I don't think Yzerman protects Smith.

    🙄

Your weird over-the-top severity is almost biblical

Should OP get smote for proposing that trade?

Turned into a pillar of salt or...

    Idk

The Fabbri deal is cool beans and very sensible

The 4 years of Neal bought out at 2M$ ok, not ideal

EDM could definitely try to trade it away

    Especially getting an asset returned

    Good stuff 👍

Yeah it's just that Lindstrom isn't progressing well and the NYR 2nd isn't too high so STL very likely get better offers but hey if they're dumb enough to protect faulk over dunn and trade him at low value then why the heck wouldn't they accept something like that

    That got a bit cynical

The dunn saga is to blame 🤕

Holland would be an idiot to turn this down. He rids himself of 2 years of 5.75M and gets a ~50pt pace winger that would probably fetch a first at the TDL.

Friedman already said that Stan Bowman isn't retaining on Duncan Keith, So Duncan Keith to Edmonton probably isn't happening. Bet Keith goes to Seattle. And yeah i don't see Armstrong getting the 1st round pick either at the most getting more then 2 2nd round picks for Vince Dunn. And it's 50/50 of Givani Smith being protected.

Why would Holland surrender basically the 19th overall pick to move Neal? He can just buy him out and save the 19th overall pick which Fabbri isn't worth the 19th overall pick. Yeah like i said no reason for Holland to make that offer.

It’s not just moving a cap dump in Neal but also acquiring a player that’s paced for 50pts on Detroit which says a lot. Where did I say Fabbri alone is worth the 19th pick? I said he could potentially get moved at TDL next year to contender for a first. I doubt you’ll find many takers to buyout Neal and Edmonton could utilize that 2M for the next 4 years to actually have depth.

I'd say instead of the third, add edmonton's first. I think that would be fairer

Blues doesn't want Lindström, they have better players in-house. They want the Washington 1st and will get it, Detroit isn't the only suitor.

Fabbri should be kept and not given away for a cap dump.

Not at all sure why Detroit would give Fabbri and a 3rd in that trade, basically paying to give Fabbri away for nothing.

    Calgary declines.

Make it Detroit's 2nd and the Blues might go for it, depending on other offers.
