As an outsider here, I don't disagree with going after Eichel, but will say that having only $10.7 mil in space for 2022/23, with Suzuki/Romanov to re-sign, plus 2-3 defencemen, seems like a tough situation to put the team in.

Yeah, its not that I dont want him cause hes not worth it. I don't want him cause we have our own young guys to sign in the next 1-2 years

For sure. Not to say that Eichel wouldn't immediately be the best player on the team, because he absolutely would, but the four line model seems to work a lot better than trying to plug random depth pieces in that may pan out, but most likely won't.

If the Kulak trade is to Winnipeg, Jets decline as they have depth on the left side and a he would be a bit too pricey for right side depth.

If the trade is to "anywhere", then anywhere accepts.
