Again pens make 2nd or 3rd. They always seem to make it work in the regular season. Last year everyone thought they werent gonna make the playoffs, and they ended up winning the division

That’s the exact order I had the central in, I also think the kings could surprise a lot of people this year.

Cant see Boston getting 2nd without a 2C, or Minnesota competing unless they figure out the Kaprizov situation. Vancouver also did not really improve from last year

Vancouver 100% got better

I guess they added Garland so sure their offense got a little better but its not like their division rivals didn't do the exact same thing

The only way this happens is if Demko wins the Hart by carrying Vancouver’s horrible blue-line (defensively).

They are better than the 2021 team but they did not improve their position vs the division/conference.

Maybe OEL gets refreshed for a year or two as well. Their defense is the glaring weakness and biggest question mark. Petterson coming back healthy is probably a huge boost too.

After Vegas and EDM I would be surprised if any of kings nucks flames and even Seattle made a little noise. I kind of like the Kings to sneak into that third spot personally

I did not realize just how bad the Pacific was til looking at this. Damn that’s ugly. I mean seriously the Kings could finish 2nd or 3rd.

OEL basically replaces Edler, and then you are attempting to replace Schmidt with Poolman which just wont work. Pettersson coming back healthy will help and it would be nice for them if Boeser could actually stay healthy for a full 82 games but I have my doubts there. Right now I would place the Nucks right next to the Flames for 3rd and 4th in the division. However if Calgary were to get Eichel like they have been rumored to be in on I would put them above Vancouver for sure.
