not even close to his value. Why are sharks downgrading pending UFAs and just getting a 2nd.
If they move Hertl they are getting a big return

We need a top prospect and a 2022 1st as a base in a deal for Hertl. Moving him for a veteran makes no sense.

It probably doesn’t get it done, because of our history we’d have to overpay, and for that reason I’d take our chances on him hitting FA

You're right. We're giving up our best player to our biggest rival, Vegas will have to send either Brisson or Krebs and a 1st+ to get it done.

Brisson is Bordeleau's linemate, its almost law that he would have to go to SJ.

Yup we both know it. The problem with us is we can’t keep trading away our top prospects on ELCs. This year id play Patrick and Krebs on the top line for a dozen games to see what they do there. It would be WAY more beneficial than trading away Krebs or Brisson. If they don’t play well then figure it out at the deadline/Off-season

We won't be trading partners unless it's just picks and prospects. As we rarely trade with LA and Anaheim.

Vegas is the one team that has to overpay for Hertl. SJ wont cone out looking like they lost a deal with Vegas.
