As a Vegas fan, I like Zib there for a year (too expensive after that though). He adds the scoring touch the team has been missing. BUT, there is no way Rangers are gonna give all that up for Eichel. I'm a big supporter of him and think that the price should be high. But 2 firsts, Zib, and arguably there best prospect is a bit high. Then again, there is quite a bit of retainment, so I don't think it is too far off.

i agree that he would be a good fit. u guys r also weak at C. i agree that its a bit much for eichel so maybe just take out the 2nd

I'd probably add a second and remove a first, but it's definitely not far off. I'm not sure where Zib would fit with the team, though. I may have to do my own acgm to figure it out.

The problem i see, besides the retention which i dont think the sabres are interested in, is that youve traded eichel, and the only forward that came back was will carrier, thats where we need help. The 2 firsts are obviously nice, and id give a gold star if i could for at least glancing at the sabres depth chart and realizing that we dont need left d, like at all, but we could use a right d if it makes sense. I think the sabres are looking for that one very good forward prospect and a first, with some other forward prospects coming along for the ride. I can see the sabres retaining on a guy like zibanejad/monahan, somebody who has a year or two left, that has good value, that has leverage to say they arent playing here, but will waive if we move them to a third team, i have a tough time seeing the sabres retain more than a million on eichel, if at all.

sabres could retain to get more/better assets and it wouldnt be a bad idea since they arent near the cap for a few years. sabres could just select forwards with they picks i have them getting here and their other need, RD, is addressed here too

easy decline by the Avs, Olofsson does not get you a 2nd and Kaut.... Olofsson is not that good, the is a limited offensive only volume shooter, thats the last thing the Avs want for their middle 6
