I think the Jets could get a lot more for Stanley.

Also I assume it's a simple 'typo' that you have Copp on line 1 and KFC on a checking line with Lowry awesome face

That would be a definite no from Winnipeg on the Stanley trade and they probably don't need to add a plug either.

I think Grundstrom could be a useful bottom six player but I'm not trading Stanley for him, Carpenter would be okay too but I'd pass, got enough forward depth and have blown enough picks already, no point in throwing another one away.

How do the jets intend on getting Heinola into the lineup and not ruining his growth if they won't move stanley?

No clue, I'm sure Heinola has requested a trade already. I don't know wtf they're doing and really I don't see Stanley blocking Heinola, it's the two new additions that are.

I see a Heinola - Vilardi deal making a lot of sense based on each team's needs. They're close in value too.

Jets need a top 6 scoring winger imo, idk if Vilardi is that or not.

He can play wing. He's more two way. But I see his low end as Copp, high end as Ehlers.

No way the jets move Stanley for that. If he builds on last year, teams will be lining up to get him for a lot more. And heinola doesn’t need to be in the nhl. He could still benefit from spending some time in the ahl (still adjusting to strength and speed). That said; I think there is a real chance him AND perfetti break into the lineup with superior play.

Slow your roll! The kid (Heinola) just turned 20 this past March. His time will come. The team has him for the next 7 years! Nik Lidstrom didnt play his first game in the NHL until he was 21, Adam Fox, Cale Makar 21, Pionk 22. etc. etc. etc. I have no doubt he will play in the NHL this year. I think teams generally use between 8 and 12 defensemen each year.
A full year of dominating the AHL would be extremely beneficial to his development. He would get to play in all situations, PP, PK, against top competition versus what with the Jets, 10 minutes a night!
C'mon!
