The 2nd Arz trade is an easy pass. They get paid for taking cap dumps. They don't pay and retain for them.

Van couldn't afford to sign Hughes, but Montreal can trade Drouin, Lehkonen, Kulak and get double retention on Domi and half region on Hayton all for Poehling and a 4th....

Not enough for Arizona to consider that. Difference in the picks could be up to 20 spots. A 3rd might get you up to 5 spots at most. Depends how much later the pick is.
They have 2 chances at an 11-20 pick. Slim chance at a top 10. Better than a 25-32 pick + a 3rd.

First Zona trade can't be done as you cant trade to remove a condition in a previous deal
