Lost Zajac and Ladd. Big losses for them. They won't make the playoffs without those two players

Removing Leddy is addition by subtraction. He is awful at even strength and played 20 min a night. Eberle was very good but a top line of Lee-Barzal-Wahlstrom will be a lot better than Komarov-Barzal-Eberle

Leddy is terrible - he’s a replacement level defenseman. Eberle was very good but I could’ve sworn 99% of the people on this site said Isles would have to pay to move Eberle’s contract 🤔

fair enough but they also didn't replace leddy with another guy would can play a lot of minutes and Eberle is 50+ points gone

Leddy is most definitely better than your current PTO replacement in Gustafsson. As you stated Eberle is a relevant hit. No idea why you are listing Komarov on the top line, line combos are on the coach not the overall roster

Yes, definitely. Ellis is severely underrated if you think otherwise. Also getting Frost back from IR is pretty big

Dobson is taking over Leddys minutes - isles didn’t have Lee for a majority of last season, he is essentially replacing Eberle

He most definitely is, Risto despite his plus minus is better defensively and way more physical. Also a very heart and soul player

I don’t think Gustafsson will make the team and even if he did I’d bet he have a better season than Leddy did last year.

The overall roster this season is better than last, even without Eberle

Jones is / was a major liability for them imo. Will be interesting to see how he does with Chicago.
