Allen is injured. I saw he was hurt right away on the 1st goal, if it's an injury it's probably a groin injury from trying to get across. Yep this season man.

3-0 Boston after 1st period. Wasn't expecting better. 1st goal was no chance for allen and terrible defensive coverage by hoffman. 2nd goal Allen was already injured and it was a mid air shot, nothing wrong with that goal. 3rd goal was Boston getting all the lanes and it was an unfortunate goal off the skate of Lazar. Rest of these games are for pride for the Habs.
So the pride score is 1-0 Boston. Caufield and Poehling looked good in the first but they set up Dauphin for 2 good slot chances and he couldn't get a shot off on either of them. Put poehling and caufield with suzuki. It's pride season anyway

Overall I was OK with the habs' performance tonight. I think the back to back will serve them well. Maybe we could see Primeau play tomorrow but I doubt it. Caufield is acting like that little kid that is really scared of getting hit. He makes plays under pressure and goalies know where he wants to go when shooting. I really think with all these forwards coming back, we should send him to laval for the rest of the year. Petry looked OK. Montembeault played a strong game. Of course pezzetta played amazing. You know, It was very boring watching this game, but you knew a Habs bruins game was going to have a bit of spice. Let's expect a suspension on Wideman for the headbutt, but haula just started sucker punching him with a glove to Widemans head which didn't have a helmet. The refs sucked today as usual. Pezzetta will probably get a fine for that check on moore, could even be a suspension, looked similar to the check Paquette got suspended for on zegras. We didn't create high scoring chances and we missed great opportunities, Dauphin had 3 amazing high danger chances but didn't get a shot off on 2 of them. Anyway, nothing new in Habs land this season eh?

My 3 ☆ for tonight.

1☆ Pezzetta
2☆Montembeault
3☆Poehling

From Boston best playesr were

1☆Marchand
2☆Lazar
3☆Ulmark

With injuries and suspensions the lineup might be tomorrow :

Poehling- Suzuki - Caufield
Drouin- Dvorak - Hoffman
Lehkonen- Vejdemo- Armia
Paquette- Dauphin - Ylönen

Kulak- Petry
Chiarot- Belpedio
Niku - Savard

Primeau -Montembeault

These are my lines with the players that I think will participate.

Good night to all

im thinking we might see anderson tomorrow, so putting him on a line with suzuki and caufield to provide some physicality
and PLEASE can someone take paquette out he is horrible
so maybe anderson in for ylonen, pezzetta in (he had a good physical game) for paquette and you shift the lines around

Anderson - Suzuki - Caufield
Drouin - Dvorak - Hoffman
Lehkonen - Poehling - Armia
Pezzetta - Vejdemo - Dauphin

i dont think that they're gonna play belpedio, maybe scheuneman plays? but either way dont play belpedio or whoever on the 2nd pair

Kulak - Petry
Chiarot - Savard
(combination of Niku Scheuneman Belpedio)

and then primeau should probably play to give montembeault some rest

Your lines are good but I expect a suspension on pezzetta for that hit on Moore. So then Ylönen could replace him. I agree, anything to take paquette out. It's funny every single Habs fan says to take him out and that he sucks, I've never seen the whole fan base agree like this. With defense kulak is a good fit with petry, chiarot and Savard are both stay at home d men, and play a similar game. Therefore Chiarot and belpedio along with niku and Savard makes each pair halanced

Roy has improved so much since the draft it's unbelievable. But poehling ahead of guhle seems a bit off. Primeau?

Yeah the order is a bit off IMO. Poehling has no business in the top 100 and Guhle should definitely be top 100. Caufield dropping 64 spots is a blatant overreaction as well by Pronman as there are older & undeniably worse guys ahead of him. Primeau wasn't included but it's not a head-scratcher.

No morning skate nor ducharme talking to media until 6pm. Clague will join the habs in Chicago, primeau has been recalled from the taxi squad, micniven has been called up to the taxi squad.
. Probably Wideman will get suspended

Remember what ducharme sid about romanov and Evans. Well clague is just out of protocol and he hasn't skated in like a week or so, so I doubt ducharme will play him. We could see schueneman though
