Shaw being on LTIR is worth nothing to the Hawks. Hawks would gladly just give it away, especially to the Sens who are not rivals on the ice.
If it's cap floor issue to Sens, might be good acquisition.

Without Brady , Sens are under the floor. This gives Tkachuk the leverage because they need to sign him to hit the floor before the season start

Scandella has a no-trade list of 7 teams.

There are 7 NHL teams in Canada.

Scandella appears to be a no-go, I'm afraid

Idk probably a late round pick. Our past trades make me think that dealing him would be part of a larger deal. Probably like Strome + Shaw for whatever youd offer in return
