not to disagree with what you are saying about the firing of GMs, but anyone could make the contention that, if two heads are greater than one, then four heads must be better. Personally, I like to fly solo and have final say in my team, but I don't have a problem with others wanting someone else's two cents.
That's fine, I don't think mandatory assistants is the way to go anyway since anything forced upon people almost never works as intended. Just a suggestion. Plus like I said above, I don't even know if there's enough people active and interested in playing the game for every team to have one that'd be able to adequately serve as a capable assistant.
