As long as you didn't retain the money/he wasn't an expansion pick then yes you can get Voracek back

I have been doing some thinking about UFA's as it pertains to the game. I believe we should not be able to sign players whether they are UFAs or RFAs. The signings should reflect IRL salary and the team which they ultimately sign with.

There really can't be a true winner. The gm of the year in the NHL is rarely the guy who wins the Stanley cup. It's all relative to where you start, and what you're trying to achieve
