Their playoff odds have tripled and they are still only at 10%. They basically are.

It's a long shot for sure, but one can't deny they have the right mentality to best tackle the predicament that they are in

Enjoy a little bit of fun, god knows you guys need it, but let's just stay realistic here and remember that most teams get a new coach bump.
In order to make the playoffs, the 'Nucks would need to play at a similar pace for the rest of the season as last years Tampa Bay Lightning did. That just squeezes you in.
You aren't as good as Tampa my guy

The Panthers say no. Pearson is on par with Tippett in their level of play, but his contract situation is worse. The Panthers are basically buying themselves cap headaches and getting nothing in return

The Isles are not trading Wide for a 7th rounder, that other ACGM constantly makes bad proposals.

I agree, but Pearson's contract situation is fine, there will definitely be a market for Pearson if he can keep up his current level of play beyond this season

I'm not sure how good Tampa is this season honestly, just that they are good enough to be a playoff team, but I don't necessarily think I'm confident enough in their roster depth to make ANOTHER deep playoff run. Tampa, to put it politely, has been pretty streaky this regular season at least

As for Boudreau, it's not as if the Canucks are continuing to play the way they were under Green but the bounces are all of a sudden going their way, Gabby has fundamentally changed that teams game and I see no reason why their success isn't sustainable until at least the end of the regular season, just my observation

I wouldn't make all of these moves, you risk screwing up team chemistry this way

Whenever you put "i saw this in another acgm" it means you know its a bad trade for the other team and youre just trying to validate it. Needless to say NYI declines

Last years Tampa, not this years. The points system obscures how far ahead or behind teams really are to feign parity.

Also, I keep up with coaches and the like who know way more tactically than anyone on here (highly suggest following jack Han on twitter).
Anyway the point is that Bruce hasn't actually changed much, the team is just getting bounces and has confdence. So I don't really know what you're talking about lmao

Oh no man, Bruce has completely revamped the team and retooled how they are playing, it's NOTHING like how it was back under Travis Green, this is almost an entirely different team. You're being very ignorant if you believe that what the Canucks are experiencing is just some run of the mill coaching change bump

No team this season is as good as the 2021 Lightning, not even Colorado or Vegas + Eichel

Your eyes are lying to you my guy. Confidence, energy, and a bit of pdo are a hell of a drug

And in terms of the lightning, that is kind of the point I was making.

Now it just sounds like you are being a troll. I told you I've seen enough to know that this team nor the fans are on any kind of drug
