The habs arent giving Savard away.

For less than 4 milliion you arent going to find a materially better Right handed dman than him. Poolman got 2.5 for having a pulse.

Plus he is french and if drouin gets traded they need him for that subsection of the fans who need that.

Let's say that isn't the motivation for a player like Power to fix this? Than risk a career and stay in college. I'm sure none of you will bet a lot of money that Owen Power won't sign with the Sabres, because he will.

Yeah I’m sure a first overall pick is going to waste two more years playing college hockey. The only reason why he stayed was to play in the world juniors.

We might not trade for Savard, but a RD along those lines needs to be signed or acquired somehow
Same with Fleury. I doubt he signs here, but maybe?
If not, it could be someone like Holtby, etc
