Personally think it’s a lot for Georgiev. I think you could probably get him for a 2nd and mid round pick.

1) Holloway will start in the AHL guaranteed.
2) Russell is still a week out apparently.
3) Lagesson was resting a bruised foot.

Overpay for Georgiev, but he wouldn't be a bad target for the Oilers.

Remove the retention and it’s closer to the price. That’s too much as is. I’d remove benson even. Doubt there’s a bidding war but also wouldn’t be surprised if we wait to move his rights in the summer

IMO his value is a 3rd, could up it to a 2nd with a consistent run. I'm assuming: We just keep him for the season. Teams know he will not get his high QO from us, or whichever team, keeping his value low. No big deal, we drop from 2nd to 5th value, while not spending assets on another backup in the meantime
