The price for toffoli is a 1st round pick, a 2nd round pick / immediate young good player, and a good prospect. So in ottawas case: a 1st next year, and bernard docker would do it.

1. Victor Mete wants his QO.

2. Claude Giroux will sign with the Flyers for more money and more term.

3. That is what Tyler Toffoli is worth when he is a pending UFA.

4. We are not spending a 1st round pick on anybody, especially one without any lottery protection.

5. Vegas would rather have someone to serve as a backup to Robin Lehner.

- Toffoli is one of the few vets on the Habs who is NOT overpaid so he has value, which would be more than a 2nd + 4th

- No chance Norris and Giroux sign for that low. That'd be a miracle like Batherson's contract

- Ottawa doesn't need LD, doesn't need Chychrun. Nor they should trade their first round pick next year YET. Have to see if Dorion is going to screw up (again) first

- Clark Bishop has no value too, not sure why he's involved
