This is beyond bad in every way for Minnesota. Yeah Minnesota should trade dumba for two lesser players. Dumba alone can get a 1st and prospect.

So you are basically trading greenway for nothing??

Somewhere in that range is more realistic I think, especially if he scores 40 goals like his pace is now

Pens cannot take on that much cap.. although the trade seems nice, it just doesnt fit with the GM's plans for the team. We already said that we are not moving any high picks.

I think you're all over valuing Dumba and Greenway. This trade takes the top two prospects and a first from the Pens. Dumba isn't the guy he was 3 years ago (not much of a shot any more) and Greenway is Coyle version 2.0 (big guy who plays small)

I wouldnt accept it even if we were willing to move our picks/prospects. I defo agree with you.
