That's not enough value going to DAL for all 3 of those guy + retention imo

Compher, Helm, and Murray have no value in that deal and there isn’t enough after that for us to do this. Especially not for Rado

If Dallas sells at the deadline, I like Pavelski’s fit in Colorado. The Avs were interested in him when he signed with Dallas, but they weren’t willing to give him the third year. Dallas gambled against the aging curve and won. I don’t think it would be a big deal for the Stars to trade Pavelski in-division, since he would only be short-term help. Colorado might be more concerned about trading a young player or prospect in division who could become a nice long-term player for the Stars.

These Dallas Stars rentals look pretty good on the Avs.

Stars reject, not enough value for them to trade to divisional rivals. Plus they could get more from trading all these players separately.

Dallas laugh at that offer, especially with retention on Klingberg and Pavelski.

Creator says not sure if he wants to do this, just wants to see how it looks, then a member of the Stars front office bashes the trade from the Stars perspective and I want to take the comment seriously but then realize this rando doesn't work for the Stars and has no idea about what Jim Nill will do.
