Ottawa easily declines. Zub is our second best defenseman. He alone is worth that package, and then you add Connor Brown in the mix. Ottawa doesn't need more picks and prospects, we need good players and vets that can insulate our young guys. Not a chance either gets moved unless its a massive overpayment. A late 1st, late 2nd, and a decent prospect does nothing for us.

Nah youre low honestly. 2 years left on Browno at 50% retention is a pick and a prospect and Zub is more valuable than Brown.

CBrown would net a return similar to Goodrow/Coleman, and even more if youre asking for retention... Add on Zub on top of it, and this isnt enough
