Schmidt has been better in WPG this year than he was with VAN last year. If the jets were to trade him they would to at least get a third back for him if not more.

If the Jets trade Scheifele it will be for more quality less quantity.

No reason for the Jets to give up Ves for a player that has asked for a trade and after his QO will be a highly overpaid bottom 6 guy. So the Jets get more expensive and not any better.

The Jets don't need Appleton back.

Chevy should be fired if he considers the Schmidt trade.
