Out of context, the Perron offer ain't half bad. in context, I cannot think of a single reason for the Blues to do this.

That said, it's not out of the realm to suggest the Blues might move for Berglund this summer.

I can't see that offer interesting Winnipeg at all. They'll be able to get a better offer than that.

Well said my friend. Only reason Perron would be traded at the deadline is 1) If the Blues fall out of the playoff race (highly doubtful) 2) The return package is undeniable (also highly doubtful).

I agree. Stastny will easily fetch a 1st rounder which the Jets want/need, especially if his already reasonable salary is retained. Would slot in great on most teams as a 2c or 3c for a team looking for a playoff push.
