Its not enough for Arizona. Sandin + 1st 2022 + Another high prospect probably gets them listening on Chychrun alone. The rest of the stuff is just fluff.

I would NOT do this if I were the Leafs. I doubt Arizona would do it at all.

I could see Kerfoot being worth a 3rd to some teams, but NSH isn't one of them.

Don't see how this improves the Leafs the season....Kerfoot is better than Crouse and then the Leafs trade two NHL Dmen for one, the Leafs lose in futures also.
Then next years cap is a mess Chychrun, Relly has signed for 2.5m raises and then raise to the RFAas.
