Gudbransson, Manson is going to the oilers to be on same team as his dad. Plus Buffalo needs some better looking guys to bring up the team average

Oilers do love overpaying for defenceman along with aquiring D who are out of their prime. Manson should fit perfectly

My favorite is Ilya Lyubushkin, I know this player well, he can play defense and he plays a physical game. He doesn't have a Hedman to help him, he doesn't fall off a cliff like Manson, and Gudbranson, he just seems worse and only for the third pair.

Manson would be interesting at a contract like TJ Brodies. Brodie has been amazing for Leafs and exactly what they needed. With Dahlin and Power on the Left, a guy like Manson would be great to help them settle down.

How has Jokiharju been? Does he look like a top 4 guy or a bottom dman?

Joki definitely not top pairing guy but somewhere either second or third pairing would be great. Samuelsson has been the biggest surprise as right now he is our second best defencemen behind dahlin. Only issue is him Dahlin and power all left handed

That's not a bad thing. Tampa has run 3 legit left dman for both of their cup runs. And it would be good not to throw Power to the wolves. So having some insurance on the left is good.

That would be interesting top 6. Of course, on paper they are young and unproven so they could get destroyed but they have the potential to really do some good things.

Buffalo has ALOT of holes to fill though. They never do what I think they should and they keep getting worse lol. They will need to plug in a legit centre. Losing Eichel is ROUGH. I like Tuch though on the wing.

I hear Dahlin can play the right side as good or better than the left, if true he could pair with Power - bringing back Ristolainen would be very funny

This is true but I do have a bit of faith in the new regime. currently our center spine is cozens thompson krebs and mittlestadt which is quite nice as all under 23. Of course some will move to wing but we also have likely another top 4 pick this year as well as 2 late round firsts to address center and rhd depth. goaltending is nice with UPL levi and portillo all 22 and under so one will likely turn out.
