Canucks don't retain that much for two years. Definitely not for a 3rd, and definitely not when that 3rd is just the price to take Stepan.

Bokk is no longer a B prospect. 22 year old with only 10 points in 32 ahl games. Hes moving towards bust territory. Kulak himself is worth a late 3rd so youd have to add a better prospect or a 2023 1st

Canes pass on both trades. Morrow is an untouchable, stop trading him. Stepan is not a cap dump, get that idea out of your head. Habs and Canes aren’t trading anytime soon, and Lehk is useless to the Canes. He would have a hard time just trying to crack the active roster. He won’t beat out any one of Lorentz, Jarvis, Fast, Martinook, or Stepan. So acquiring him would be a waste of assets. If that’s the price it takes to get Miller, the Canucks would be better off eating their own dog food.

The Vancouver trade is fair value. I think Vancouver does that deal.
