the thing about georgiev is that edmonton probably doesn't resign him unless all other longer term options fall through. he's numbers have been anything but inspiring.

Edmonton has skinner as the young goalie that needs to be on the team next year and smith is under contract for next year don’t see how or why holland would entertain this. Even if as a rental have kosk all three have been playing excellent lately.

Don’t understand the fascination with trading Geogiev. Is there a backup in the league that’s available that is THAT much better than Geogiev? Is he the perfect backup, no. But I don’t see a trade that makes sense. And no Fleury wants to play, he’s not waiving to be a backup.
