    Not sure how TB came up with the cap space to afford Braun. Not do I see Colorado giving both Barron and helleson in the same deal

    Wood has been out all year with injury. No reason for us to sell low on him. He is important part of team, when healthy.

    (also....Flyers and Devils don't normally trade)

    Well we really don't know what JK was offered. But even if was offered 7m X 7, that offer may be off the table now, and 5.5m just might be the best offer he will get now.
    JK will be 30 years of age in November, do you think it is wise for any team to offer him seven years? IMO he was never offered that. And JK just isn't that special now.
