        I think if you switched the 2024 2nd for a 3rd , then I think it’s the right value

The only defender remotely interesting to the leafs here is gio and the only forward is rackell
        But not at those prices

Some of them are better defenders and suit the leafs better than what Gio provides, I specifically like Leddy.

You're over on the Rakell/DesLauriers trade by one of the two high picks, depending upon your point of view. We're hoping (dreaming) of a first and Hirvonen, but will probably have to settle for a second and Hirvonen.

Leddy is not a good defender, he requires sheltering and isnt half the player he used to be. Not worth it at all

Thanks for the feedback guys, I was wondering how good Leddy was, he is still very capable to and wouldn't be that #1 that would be doing a high work load.

He's not very capable because he needs to be sheltered.

I'm happy with just the 2nd for Leddy.

NGL, Leddy might be worth a bit less after I looked at his stats I didn't think that he's been this bad for Detroit this season, I think that he very well could bouce back,

For all the crap Leddy gets on CFACGM, he did lead the Isles in ice time during last year's playoffs where the Isles came within one goal of eliminating Tampa in game 7 of the Conference Final.

But I suppose CFACGM couch potatoes like Jared the know nothing Subway guy know more than Barry Trotz does.

I though he was really good this year because of that but his stat line is not that great, weather that's from moving to a weaker team who knows, he would be an insane pickup for the leafs if they could get him though.

I figured somewhere between a 2nd and a 3rd but with retention I think it's closer to a 2nd. if Detroit was offered a 3rd for Leddy with retention I wouldn't say no but I would wait to see if I could get a better offer.

Yeah, he still is an insanly skillful defender that is a lights out skater, could become a great third or fourth defenceman for a contending team and a 2 250 000 dollar contract is not so hard to work around, if you get another team to retain it you get it to the 1-1.8 million range. I was just shocked to see what his plus/minus was as well as his point totals.
