I suggest the comment limit be raised to 200-300. Clearly someone within the game attempted to create a secondary account and 50 comments would only take an afternoon to reach. Raising it would decrease the chances someone would do this since the time needed to reach that level of comments almost isn't worth it.

Not number of comments, but time since joining the site in addition to number of posts. Minimum of 50 posts and 1 month of activity.
At least long enough to get familiar with the site and managing teams using the armchair GM.
