Thats a lot for Kessel. Im pretty sure it was reported that ARZ was shopping him 50% retained for a 3rd and nobody took him

Yeah COL isn’t doing a dman, so that MTL trade is a no, and that is a massive over pay for Kessel/

Manson and Chiarot even if they play a sinilar type of play are 2 completely different players. One is right handed with 0 experience playing a pure shutdown role while the other has a lot of playoffs experience is better at moving the puck (offensive) and is left handed. Colorado didn’t need another LHD, they needed a RHD to help on the PK.
