Too much for Domi in my opinion, i think they can get him with the two 3rd round picks they have or something like that.

Wayyyy too much for domi and Miky has been a stud on that third line. Robertson and a second with 50 percent retained by Columbus. And even that’s generous .

Domi is terrible, and much much worse than Mikheyev.

I have a feeling that we move Mikheyev or Engvall.
The this they do were just replaced by Blackwell
Blackwell skill set is better suited to replace them over Kase and i thing the Leafs will upgrade the top six LW today.

Mikheyev is way better then Engvall and shows emotion and effort every shift he takes. Is Blackwell more a insurance piece if Kase stays injury prone?

I just don't see Blackwell as a replacement level player for Kase. Kase has been the one that showed promise when moved into the top six and not sure Blackwell has that skill set!
Engvall has a cheap contract for next season and Mik will be looking for more cash and top 6 opportunity.

That's why i think Blackwell was brought in to replace one of them. He can be an energy guy and plays really well on the PK. Only other guy i see him replacing is Kerfoot.

I would love to keep the 3rd line as the have been the best/most consistent on the team

Kerfoot+ for Domi ?

We don't need Mikheyev; we want picks.

That wasn't a "we accept the trade" stop right there.
