And the Leafs aren't interested in trading arguably the best player in the game for an inconsistent one dimensional player.

The offer wasn't a serious one, it was a rebuttal to the terrible trade posted above. Obviously CLB would never do this

Matthews would be super scary if he could figure out defense, heart and perhaps a little more passing and making his entire line around him that much better.

LOL - he reminds me of Ovechkin, where you know the talent is undeniable but it wasn't until Trotz taught him there was more to scoring goals.....and then they finally win the Cup smile

Its hard to watch hockey at times and see what Edmonton is doing to their team - I mean they have McDavid and Leon, in their prime and can't do ****. I would say I hope for your sake AM figures it all out, but I would be lying as I hate the Leafs so much LOL

Lol he is one of the better defensive centers in the league. He will win a selke one day for sure.
