Shouldn't Leafs fans stop trading NTC Muzzin? VERY doubtful he wants to end his NHL career with a non playoff team. He'll only play for a playoff team and a good one at that.
Muzzin's cap stays a Leafs for the next two years.
Mrzarek kinda the same with his M NTC. 9.4m in cap can't be wished away.

Also Mrazek will have minimal value in the league in the offseason if he returns to form. Not a ton of ufa options

If we didn’t claim Mrazek FOR FREE off of waivers,
why would we give u a 6th for him??

You’re gonna have to pay to get rid of him at this point

Offseason is different, guarantee leafs wont have to give up anything for him if he plays like he's playing now.
