As much as I would like to see Rashevsky next year, he already signed a 1 year extension in the KHL. Earliest we could see him would be in 2023-24.

I actually really like this one, pretty much very close to what I published but I need to ask:

1) Why Jalonen came to your mind? Are ya Finnish?
2) I'd use the leftover cap to sign Stastny. He is still pretty good, would come cheap, brings defensive play, veteran pressence and is super popular in the locker room. Harkins to be scretched, fits perfectly

All we need is the coaching after all lol

I'd bring Motte for the 4th line role. Brings grit and good PK

1) Not Finnish haha, just a die-hard Finnipeger :P Really just hoping the Jets go with someone with a good resume who hasn't coached in the NHL before.
2) Makes sense, especially with Rashevsky not coming over soon.

Yeah this is probably the least likely thing to happen. I hope he makes the switch at some point. I feel like Scheifele's playstyle is better suited to the wing was my logic.

NSH seems high on Glass' potential, and they don't have any need for Stanley or Vesalainen. Preds decline.

Sens need Dillon even less that Winnipeg does. Would just be a needless block for Sanderson. Sens are set for next year on the LD side.

You can always move centres to the wing. No such thing as too much depth down the middle.

Fair enough. Wish the Jets had made a move for him when Vegas had him on the block.

My dream offseason is no snow on the ground. ☃️

I wonder if the Kraken will be able to land in Winnipeg on Tuesday night and then leave after the Wednesday game.
