That is an underpay for Miller and Boeser combined. Also Brock and Bratt are both getting more than that.

I’d be willing to bet Bratt doesn’t come in a ton higher. He does have 4 straight 30 point seasons before this one. That will factor in

I think he lines up with Hischier at $7.25. If he had multiple seasons like this year I would imagine closer to $9.5, but I agree past scoring would bring it down. You are also buying a bunch of UFA years in there, so for Bratt he is giving up those years he could cash in even more if he continues.

Lol that will get you Boeser. It won’t get you Miller. It would absolutely NOT get you both of them 😂

Boeser hasn’t played a full season, but if he did he averages 65 points. It’s a fair contract that takes him to 30. If he’s that good, it shouldnt be a problem by then. Until then he still has things to prove.

For Bratt, you’re buying out RFA years, more than fair contract for a guy that just broke out. Also takes him to 30.

Boeser isn't worth anywhere near as much as a top 10 pick in 2023

Giving up the 23' 1st for anybody that isn't a DeBrincat / Tkachuk / Laine type guy would be incredibly foolish.

That Campbell contract is just ridiculous.

I figured if I said 5x6m, I’d get told about underpaying like I got for a 60 point oft-injured RFA lol

Did you just miss the part where Miller is also in the trade? Miller alone is worth more than that entire package. You don’t get a 99 point player and a 30 goal 65 point pace player for this package. Don’t even try to defend it

Is that what he is? A 100 point player? Only one other year he had more than 60 points, plus he’s a pending FA. You can modify it with the top 5 pick but it’s not as absurd as you’re making it out to be

He’s been a PPG player the last 3 seasons. This package doesn’t get you Miller, and doesn’t even come close to getting you both Miller and Boeser

Miller has been well over ppg the last few seasons and the Canucks best player over that time. He's not just a point guy either, he does everything, faceoffs, hits, toughness, leadership, kills penalties. Remove Boeser from this deal and the value is close. 5th pick plus Zacha prob gets you Miller.

Well over a PPG? Are you on drugs? He has been PPG twice in his 10 year career, and wasn’t last year.

I said he was well over a ppg the last three seasons. Here are his numbers GP: 202 Points: 217 so yes well over a ppg. Also over ppg in the playoffs during that time as well.
