i like craig smith, Nosek doesnt do anything for the Canes. We dont need to move Gardiner and pay all that extra for it. What does Craig smith cost?

If that’s all Trocheck would cost to re-sign, the Canes would just sign him to that contract.

And less than zero reason for the Canes to trade assets for Smith/Nosek.

Canes pass. No need to make the trade. And Trocheck won’t sign that low, and won’t be signing in Boston to play with the Rat.
