Tarasenko isn't waiving for Calgary, That doesn't even get it done. And i seriously doubt that Matthew Tkachuk is take a hometown discount.

Flames and Sens easily reject. Matt will have an 8 digit yearly salary for sure if he isn’t in CGY next season

The only way Tkachuk comes to STL is via free agency after next year. And that is still iffy, only happens if he goes to arbitration and signs a 1 yr deal. Calgary would be fools to let that happen
