Trades aren’t realistic nor do they make a ton of sense for any teams involved. Canes don’t want Tavares even at that retention as he’s falling off a cliff, I’m sure leafs fans won’t like the deal either.

Not enough on nucks trade and based on all the Miller trade offers on this site recently there’s no middle ground for a deal to be had.

What is a realistic middle ground for a Miller trade in your opinion? I assume Morrow is off the table, but maybe Necas + a 1st + one of Heimosalmi/Bear? Or would that still be too much

I’d do Necas 1st and Bear but don’t think nucks would. Also gets complicated with contract extensions and retention for next year.

Pretty pathetic offer for Miller and Rathbone if I’m being honest. Necas is the big piece here and even he was pretty meh this year
