Make Lapierre McMichael and Alex Alex Fehervary and maybe

Hawks can take Eller instead of Mantha to make the value/money work

If that was on the table for Dunn, Francis would have to strongly consider I think. Noticing the Chicago deal is largely panned, make it the '22 2nd Rounder you offered for Cat and it's a deal!!

No, it's an underpayment. Debrincat is a 2x 40 goal scorer. If he were on the caps, he would be their second-leading goal scorer, only being like 9 goals off from Ovi. Add in the fact he's only 24 and can be productive for a long time. If the cat is available, there will be a bidding war, similar to the Hagle trade at the deadline. It's likely any conversation for the Cat is going to have to start with 2 firsts and a high ceiling prospect. If he stays (he says he wants to), it's likely Debrincat is the next captain of the hawks, and your really gonna have to blow the hawks away with an offer to get them to move someone like that.

This is underpay for Cat...you're talking a 24 year old elite winger who the Caps would essentially own for his career....a late 1st, late 2nd, a B+ prospect and Lapierre doesn't get that deal done; Lapierre would have to have the upside of being another Cat and I don't see it. Hasn't been a prolific enough scorer in the "Q" to say he has very good chance of being elite and of course no pro experience to support it.
