Canes pass. Puljujarvi can get overpaid by someone else and then be a 25-30 point scorer for 4 million a year. Canes need a quality backup for a more than acceptable cap hit. Papa Finn stays

not sure where 4 million come from.... my guess it will be around 2.5-3 tops

They base their predictions on comps and current cap ceiling. The conps wouldn’t be there if GMs didn’t GM

great and everyone in the media is projecting him getting 2-3 mill tops.... so im not the onlyone disagreeing with it. If you want to go as far as mark spector today and through out just the QO or 1.4..... dont think that will happen but he is not getting 4 mill from any GM
