VAN
  1. Necas, Martin [RFA Rights]
Additional Details:
Saw this suggested by Carolina ACGM, seems that Carolina front office is known for preferring cost certainty.

VAN
  1. 2022 3rd round pick (BUF)
BUF
  1. Myers, Tyler
Additional Details:
Sounds like it's not a huge stretch to assume that Myers may have real value. Buffalo struggles to attract UFA's, so the trade market may be the option to secure a RHD.

The third is going the wrong way with Myers. Sabres have internal options if they can't sign a D, worst case they re-sign Pysyk or trade for Holl who makes far less.

The Devils take that and run. JT Miller for 13 spots in a weak draft and a middle-six Zacha is a brutal trade. Remove the Canucks' 1st and its more fair.

Just because Van fans don’t think it’s a stretch for Myers to have value doesn’t mean the rest of the league/fans agree.

Sabres shouldnt be going after UFAs. UFAs are usually regrettable. The sabres are also not taking other teams garbage and paying for it. Theyre looking to improve not tank

no the hell they do not lmfaooo. they're not swapping 1sts and shipping a good middle six winger away for a year of miller, there's more options available for them to get a 1st line winger and this would be an absolute last resort if they were incredibly desperate for one. stop this delusion lol

Yeah, really can't see him getting this - likely a bridge deal around 2x3.5-4. If he had a good year and a team was trying to lock him up by going long term a la Svech type deal that would make sense but based on how last year played out he needs a prove it deal.

No they don’t
Rental Miller doesn’t have that type of value

The only reason Jersey would do that type of trade is to hope they can flip Miller for a good price at TDL. But you're right, too high a price for Jersey to pay.

No. Miller has little value to non playoff team as he will be leaving after one year. Jersey ain't interested in that deal at all. The 2nd overall pick is 100 times more valuable to Jersey than Miller .

I made my own ACGM about which players the Devils should trade the 2nd overall pick for if you wanna check that out
