Don't really like any of these moves for the Jets other than the Pens trade but they're flush with LHD so they likely have no interest in Stanley.

The Jets aren't doing any of the trades. Unfortunately Dubois will want and is worth more. Other than Stastny as a one year deal, the Jets don't consider any of the UFA signings.

Don't see how the Seattle deal makes a lot of sense for WPG, but from Kraken perspective, it's another underwhelming quantity for quality type trade. Seattle give up the best player and best pick in the that deal. Not a lot of incentive IMO

If they could get Burakovsky for that or close to it they should very much sign him, like last offseason they need another legit top 6 forward.

Also I know the Jets are flush with LHD but if Kulak could be signed that cheaply I think he'd be worth signing, he's very mobile and isn't a runt like so many of the Jets current(and some of their future) dmen.

If Burakovsky was right handed I'd have more interest, same with a Kulak. The Jets don't have unlimited cap space, so I'm not really in favour of adding more of the same.

Who cares about handedness, I think you've read too many of @BatVader 's comments.. 😉😆

They just need better players regardless of what hand they shoot.

I can agree to a point. Burakovsky would be great to add even as a left hander. But he's not signing that.

Kulak I don't agree on. He's not that big, only 6'-1 and is a low end 5/6 defenseman, just fill with what the Jets have already.

Yeah Burakovsky is probably going to be somewhere in the $5M range, I'd sign him for that.

Kulak is listed here at 6'2" 197 lbs so he'd be bigger than all the Jets dmen but Dillon, Samberg and Stanley, he'd also skate circles around all the Jets dmen. I'd sign him but I'd have to be moving some other dmen out as they have too many dmen already, if Edmonton is smart they'll find a way to keep him around.
