Canes pass, and it's not a decision that would take much thinking. Carolina don't want to move Necas and DeBrusk isn't opening that door. LeBrun reported it needing a young D++ to blow the Canes out of the water

Canucks would accept this offer imo. They are looking for a dman and the term thatCarlo has makes it more attractive. Sure he doesn't offer much production but he'll free up Hughes to do what he does best and Schenn can pair with OEL.

I can't speak to the first three, but the Canes decline, Vancouver probably counters for a higher pick from you, and you're going to have to buyout Foligno. No one's giving up a pick for him and he's not waiving his NTC.
