Also a silly trade to give up a 21 year old guy who could be 1 year away from coming over to the NHL for a 33 year old with 1 year left on his contract.

*if he can come over. He has a russian agent and not Milstein (Marchenko, Gavrikov) so for him and many other russian prospects that don't have Milstein it could be a 1 way trip, a la Panarin. That's a big decision for them to make if they may not be a regular over here. Even with Milstein they could still get heat

That's why I said *could be* 1 year away from coming over and not is.
