Tampa needs to retain 50% fs
Then 1 for 1 for barby is gone imo
Not that MAC isn’t good but he’s really old so I’d be worried if he isn’t 50% retained

With what cap space? St Louis can't afford MCD at full value. Retain 50% and then perhaps.

Alex Killorn has a 16 team trade list, And yeah odds are strong that Ottawa is one of those 16 teams.

Unfortunately, Killorn declines, in my opinion. I don't think OTT would be on his trade list. He has a M-NTC.

TB is not going to retain for 4 years. They’d be better off buying him out

If Scandella was also moved out to TB or elsewhere could possibly work. I would be against it since it’s 4 years but would be nice for 2

I agree with you on your second point.

Killorn has a 16 team no-trade list and it's sensible to believe that he would have every non-playoff team on that list.

Including Ottawa.

This was brought up before in the past season on Sportsnet Ottawa did talk to Tampa about kill horn, but the talks got nowhere as kill horn didn't want to waive for OTT.
