Description

I looked at all fan trading with Montreal and use it for this team. I dont like the Habs fan who want a first for every players, but neither other fan who laugh at those one. We know that we over value our players, but we received a 1st Pick for Chiarot...

Just to be clear, I don't think MTL players worth a 1st neither Chiarot. All those trade came from, Philly, Pitts, Yotes, EDM and NY fan proposal...

Even if we didn't just sign Letang, we sure wouldn't be giving you a first and Hallander for a soon to be 35yo declining Dman making 6+ million for 3 more years. Pretty sure we could get the same 27 points out of Marino lol

Difference between Chiarot and Petry is that Chiarot was a rental, so acquiring him for contenders is worth the assets if it could help them win, a lot of the times it doesn't work out, and there's the potential to resign the player if they like him sometimes. Petry who is much older has a big contract and 3 years of it.
